I have gained extensive experience in strategic and M&A consulting, having guided transactions including AutoScout24 and major IPOs like Allegro and Deliveroo. My work with international clients such as Carglass and Douglas has honed my expertise in identifying strategic potential and digital transformation. Now, I'm passionate about applying this experience to help digital entrepreneurs achieve optimal exits.

As a former founder who built and successfully sold two online businesses - poster.de and My Best Brands - to international acquirers like Allposters and Signa Group, I understand firsthand the journey of selling a digital business.
